Technical Management and Commercial Operations
The Ership Group Fleet team is composed of engineers, Merchant Marine officers, and naval technicians of recognized standing.
It directly oversees the operations of each vessel, ensuring it remains in optimal condition and complies with all international regulations.
- Technical Management: preventive and corrective maintenance, audits, and inspections.
- Operational control: monitoring of navigation and energy efficiency.
- Commercial management: voyage planning, charter contracts (voyage and time charter), cost control, and performance monitoring.
Thanks to the coordination among our chartering, operations, and agency departments, we offer a complete maritime service chain with no intermediaries.
