Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics defines the core values of our organisation and reaffirms the commitment of all group companies to principles of business ethics and transparency in all our activities. This document establishes guidelines to ensure ethical and responsible behaviour among all professionals in the organisation.
The Code of Ethics has been drawn up taking into account the recommendations of good corporate governance and the Group’s social responsibility principles, as well as the guidelines of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code and human rights according to the United Nations General Principles (UNGP). It is thus a key reference for our monitoring.
Code of Conduct
The Ership Group Code of Conduct complements the principles and values of the Code of Ethics and is part of our Compliance System. This code reaffirms our commitment to business ethics and transparency in all our areas of activity, aligned with our Ethical and Socially Responsible Management System, in accordance with the IQNet SR10 standard.
Ethical behaviour and a good reputation are essential intangible assets in our organisation. We are committed to fostering a responsible and sustainable work environment, where every member of our team acts with integrity.
Whistleblowing channel
In order to ensure the safety of all our employees, Ership Group offers a confidential external channel for reporting any irregular, illicit or criminal conduct that may involve a member of the company.
This whistleblowing channel is managed by an external and independent firm, which is responsible for forwarding the information to the Compliance Committee, ensuring the confidentiality of the whistleblower at all times.
We undertake to protect and respect the rights of all our employees, as well as to take the necessary measures to remedy any situation that violates these rights. At Ership Group, integrity and safety are our top priorities.
